NEW WESTERN ZONE SALES OFFICE MARKS MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC HVAC'S COMMITMENT TO QUALITY SERVICE
SUWANEE, Ga.,
October 1, 2007 - Mitsubishi Electric HVAC Advanced Products
Division, Suwanee, Ga., has recently opened the Western Zone Sales
Office in Irvine, Calif., to increase Mitsubishi Electric HVAC's
presence on the West Coast and house the Irvine Training Center
(ITC).
The opening of the Western Zone Sales Office demonstrates
Mitsubishi Electric HVAC's commitment to providing contractors,
engineers and distributors with the best training and sales
information possible, no matter where they are based, according to
William Rau, senior vice president and general manager, Mitsubishi
Electric HVAC. The Western Zone Sales Office, which opened in
August, has more than 4,440 square feet of space and is the first
free-standing zone office for Mitsubishi Electric HVAC. The ITC
will host both CITY MULTI® VRFZ and Mr. Slim®
installation and service training courses, plus other product
information seminars.
"With the opening of our fourth corporate training center, we hope
to make it easier for our customers, especially those on the West
Coast, to receive instruction at an easy-to-reach, centralized
location," says Rau. "The new ITC also allows us to ensure end-user
customers around the country have access to well-trained
contractors, quality products and the best possible service."
The ITC features fully functional CITY MULTI VRFZ and Mr. Slim
split-ductless equipment utilizing R410A refrigerant. The range of
CITY MULTI systems installed includes the R2-Series and S-Series.
In addition, three Mr. Slim P-Series systems using the PCA, PLA and
PKA indoor units, and three M-Series systems (MXZ, MSY and MSZ) are
set up in the ITC to allow for hands-on experience. The training
center contains various centralized, wired and wireless remote
controllers to round out the training. The classroom has a fully
integrated audio/visual presentation system to allow for
interactive training sessions.
"The extensive training helps contractors improve their skills and
effectiveness, as well as their bottom line," says Rau. "End-user
customers also benefit because contractors who have completed the
training courses are fully equipped and qualified to sell, install
and service Mitsubishi products."
A short ride from the John Wayne-Orange County Airport, the Western
Zone Sales Office is a convenient destination for contractors,
engineers and distributors who want to participate in training
courses or hold and attend sales meetings. In addition, Mitsubishi
Electric HVAC's service training program is a registered provider
for North American Technician Excellence (NATE) Recertification.
Mitsubishi training centers also are located in Atlanta, Chicago
and Dallas. Two additional zone-based sales offices are scheduled
to open in the future.
