Diamond Contractors represent an elite group of high-performers and must, therefore, meet and maintain a high standard of technical expertise and professional excellence. Contractors applying for Diamond status will be evaluated in three core areas:

Technical Proficiency
• Must attend and pass install and service training for M-Series and P-Series Mr. Slim product lines in one of our six Mitsubishi-approved Training Centers.
• Issue Tracking System (ITS) call monitoring of technical service questions to alert Mitsubishi to Diamond Contractors' technical knowledge.

Sales and Marketing Performance
• Sales Referral Reporting
• Sales Closure Rate
• Sales Performance
• Consumer lead referrals generated by contractor
• Marketing efforts via co-op program (where available)

Customer Satisfaction
Following project completion, Mitsubishi Electric will survey customers and contractors will be rated on:

• Responsiveness
• Knowledge
• Understanding
• Thoroughness
• Workmanship
• Appearance
• Professionalism
• Presentation
