Description
The 1-day CounterPro: Design Essentials course is
geared towards inside/outside sales and counter personnel. The
class is based on our M- and P-Series brochure and covers the
features, benefits, optional accessories, selling aspects, and
technical information on the M- and P-Series units. The class also
covers different applications for the products, as well as
familiarizing students on how to find technical information within
the brochure as well as the Mitsubishi website library. On Day two
of the class we discuss more in-depth applications of the M- and
P-Series units, including some exercises in sizing and selection of
units for different applications. We also cover our Lossnay energy
recovery units and how to apply these with our M- and P-Series
products. The day is finalized with a test to review the knowledge
the student has retained over the one-day training.

Training Centers offering the CounterPro: Design
Essentials Course
Currently, the CounterPro: Design Essentials
course is not offered at any of our training centers.
Distributor locations: CounterPro: Design
Essentials is normally hosted at a local distributor office or
training facility for a nominal fee. An enrollment key email from
your host distributor will allow you to pre-register for the course
- at no charge - through the LMS. Payment will
then be made to the distributor when you arrive for the course.
To ensure prompt availability of your digital certificate of
completion in your LMS account, we do strongly encourage all
attendees to pre-register before the training by
using the enrollment key provided by the host distributor.
