Q. How do I access my account?

A. Click here to go directly to the home page of our Learning Management System (LMS). You will automatically be sent to the login screen where you can enter your username and password.

Q. I'm unable to log into my account. Why is that?

A. You may be using the incorrect username and password.  Call OD&T at 678-730-1710 or email at training@hvac.mea.com to verify your username and password.  We may need to reset your password at that time.

Q. What if I forget my password?

A. Click on the "Remember me - Forgot Password" link and, in the login box, enter your email address, and hit "Submit." A lost password email will be sent to your email. This email will include your username and password.   Please note that passwords are case sensitive. Ensure you do not have the Caps Lock key activated. We recommend cutting and pasting the password directly from the email versus typing it in.

Q. Why do I have to set up an account to register for a course?

A. Our system is a Learning Management System which is used for the administration, documentation, tracking, and reporting of training programs, classroom and online events, e-learning programs, and training content. In order to use the system to its fullest extent, each registrant needs to have their own login account which enables you to track your training, print certificates, etc. directly from your account.

Q. How do I obtain information about a course?

A. To find out information about our courses, log in to our website by clicking here to go directly to the home page of our Learning Management System (LMS). You will automatically be sent to the login screen where you can enter your username and password. Once you are logged in, you can click on the "Course Catalog" on the left-hand side of the screen. From there, you can search or select any of our course offerings. Each course provides a detailed description of the class objectives, course duration, requirements and tuition. Q. I am not receiving an e-mail when I register for a course.

A. It is possible that someone else may have registered you and used their email address during the registration process.  For further information, call Training & Development at 678-730-1710 or email at training@hvac.mea.com Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. EST to ensure that we have the correct email address on file for you.

Q. I purchased the course.  Now, I cannot attend.  What do I need to do?

A. Log into your account. Go to the "My Courses" tab on the left-hand side of the screen.  Find the session you would like to un-enroll from and click Cancel Enrollment at the bottom of the page. The other available sessions will appear. You may now enroll in a different session at the same training center. If you need to unenroll completely and do not plan on taking a class at the same training center, please contact Training & Development by phone at 678-730-1710 or by email at training@hvac.mea.com, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. EST.

Q. I purchased the course and now, someone else is attending.  What do I need to do?

Q. How can my company register the same person for more than course?

A. This Learning Management System allows a user to purchase multiple seats in one session. Log in to the LMS and then click on "Course Catalog" to view the available sessions. Once the seats have been paid for, the user will receive see a link an enrollment key. The enrollment key can be forwarded to each individual that would like to register for a course. That person will have to create an account and enroll in the session using the enrollment key. Should you need assistance, call Training & Development at 678-730-1710 or email at training@hvac.mea.com Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. EST.

Q. What form of payment do you accept?

A. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you have additional questions about payment options, contact Training & Development at 678-730-1710 or by email at training@hvac.mea.com, Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. EST.

Q. I put in my credit card information and I received an error code during that process.  What is happening?

A. You may have entered the wrong address during the purchasing process.  You will need to enter the address based on where you receive your credit card statements.  If the address doesn't match, you will get an error.

Q. What is the refund policy for your classes?

A. To qualify for a full refund, you must notify Mitsubishi Electric Cooling and Heating at least 10 or more days prior to the start date of the class by contacting the Training & Development Department at 678-730-1710 or by email at training@hvac.mea.com.  The fee is non-refundable if:

  • You attend the course for which you are registered or any part thereof.
  • You fail to cancel your registration 10 or more days prior to the scheduled start date of the class.
  • You fail to attend the class that you are registered for. We will do our best to accommodate changes in class dates due to unforeseen circumstances.

Q. How can I view all of the upcoming classes in my state and/or other states?

A. We currently have nine training centers that conduct training in the following states:

Q. When I arrived at my class I was told I needed a laptop. Why wasn't I notified ahead of time?

A. If you registered for the CITY MULTI Service Course, laptops are required.  If you registered for another class, we always recommend bringing a laptop.  You can view the "Class Descriptions" by clicking here and going to the "Complete Course Catalog" tab and looking at the details of the course you are interested in.

Q. How do I print my Certificate of Completion?

A. To print a copy of your certificate, log into your account and select the "Transcripts (Print Certificates)" tab on the left-hand side of your screen. You will see all of the classes you have attended. Click on the certificate icon to view and print your certificate. Please note that following information about certificates:

  • You can only print your certificate if the course shows completed.
  • You cannot print a certificate for waived or dropped courses.
  • You may need to install Adobe Reader to print your certificate.

 

Q. How do I control pop-up blockers?

A. From the Tools menu, select Pop-up Blocker and do the following:

1. Turn off Pop-up Blocker or have your IT department add an exception to your Privacy site list. Click the Privacy tab and select sites; then allow

2. Close Internet Options.

3. Right-click on the File menu or select View Toolbars.

4. Uncheck everything except Standard Buttons, Address Bar, Links, and Lock the Toolbars.

Google and Yahoo toolbars may have pop-up blockers inside them.

If you have an issue with pop-up blockers and have disabled them on your workstation, you may need to press and hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard while clicking on the course link to override the pop-up blockers.  Your pop-up blocker may be preventing the system from displaying the course. Check to make sure that you have disabled pop-up blockers for this site.

I click on the course and all I get is a blank window.

Check the following items and verify that your computer settings are appropriate:
